5. Temporary hold placing must be in written and is valid for 7‐days

6. Written confirmation will be invoiced for booking payments, which is expected to be settled within 7‐days after the date of the invoice.

7. 50% deposit payment is required for booking confirmation.
8. 50% balance payment must be made 30‐days prior to guest arrival.
9. 100% full payment is required for any bookings made less than 30‐days prior to arrival.
10. Paid deposit and balance payment is non‐refundable nor transferable.
11. Cancellation in low season can be amended to other dates in low season period, within 6 months from the original date.
12. The content of HOT DEAL is subject to any changes with prior written notification to the booking guest contact signing this.

13. Guest payment to the villa must be through Sastra Bali account in cash or local bank transfer and/or via western union or any wire transfer.
14. Number of guest cannot exceed the villa capacity

15. The approved additional number of guest will be charged USD 25/night including extra bed, breakfast and laundry.
